General Policies

  • Rates: Based on double occupancy (except suites) and include a full country breakfast. Extra adult: $25/night. Extra child (under 16): $15/night.
  • Taxes: 8.5% New Hampshire meals and rooms tax added to the room rate.
  • Payments: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express accepted. No personal checks.
  • Check-In/Out: Check-in from 3-7 p.m. Check-out by 11 a.m. Early check-in and late check-out available for $25/hour, subject to availability.
  • Cancellations:
    • Less than 14 days before arrival: 50% of the first night’s rate (for stays under 4 nights) or the first night’s rate (for stays over 4 nights).
    • Less than 7 days before arrival: 100% of the first night’s rate (for stays under 4 nights) or two nights’ rate (for stays over 4 nights).
    • No-shows: Charged for the full stay. No refunds for early check-outs.
