Each of our eleven uniquely decorated rooms features a private bath. If you have a preference on bed size and/or tub vs. shower stall, please be sure to let us know when booking so we can do our best to accommodate you. Some rooms have cable television, but not all, so please be sure to state your preference. We have several common areas including a sitting room with TV, a comfortable reading room with fish tank, and a large breakfast room great for gatherings. Guests are also encouraged to enjoy our large wrap around porch no matter the weather!

The yard is there for your enjoyment, we have a large box of outdoor yard games located at the end of the ramp to the red barn. No matter the weather, the wraparound porch offers comfortable seating to enjoy the views, especially the breath-taking sunsets.
Due to post-COVID regulations we are not able to offer kitchen access to guests unless they have rented the entire Inn. Group rentals who are the only guests in the Inn can have access to the kitchen in the evenings, provided you give us 24-hour notice. We ask that you leave the kitchen in the same tidy state you found it.
We have a firepit on the property. Please let our staff know in advance if you are interested in enjoying the firepit. We will light it 1 hour before sunset, and all fires will be extinguished no later than midnight.

Lodging rates include a full country breakfast each morning in a warm, intimate atmosphere allowing for bird watching, mountain views, and soft music.
Breakfast is served between 7:30am – 9:30am. Menu items change daily. When the Inn is full, a buffet breakfast from 8:00am – 10:00am is provided. Guests staying for several days receive a new specialty every day of their stay, even for lengthy stays.
Breakfast begins with fresh fruit. Apple juice and country style orange juice are served daily. Freshly brewed coffee is available 1 hour before breakfast and a Keurig is available for use all day. A wide assortment of imported teas are available as well as hot chocolate and hot cider in the winter.
The main courses include egg specialties, breakfast meats, and locally produced New Hampshire maple syrup. Special dietary considerations can be easily accommodated for vegetarians, diabetics, lactose intolerances, etc.
